How the Process Works
• Consultation and needs review. We discuss your practice goals, provider type, location, payer needs, and desired level of support.
• Written scope and service agreement. You receive a clear description of services, fees, responsibilities, and payment schedule before work begins.
• Document collection and implementation. Work begins after the agreement, required payment, and all requested documents are received.
• Progress updates and handoff. You receive updates based on the selected service, followed by completed deliverables or a status summary.
Important Details
• Credentialing approval, payer participation, effective dates, and processing timelines are determined by each insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.
• Government filing fees, licensing fees, software subscriptions, EHR costs, legal services, accounting services, and other third-party expenses are not included unless listed in the written scope.
• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and responding promptly to document or signature requests.
